WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that certain clauses related to education be enacted
NOW THEREFORE, the QUEEN, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and Commons in this present Parliament assembled, does enact as following:
1. A testing regime shall be established to ensure that all children who are enrolled in a Home Alternative Education Plan are receiving an education equivilant to that they would receive in a public school.
2. Any parent who has enrolled their minor child in a Home Alternative Education Plan shall enroll their child at a testing site in each year that the minor child is enrolled in a Home Alternative Education Plan.
3. If a minor child repeatedly fails the said test, the parent(s) of the said child are liable to have their Home Alternative Education License revoked.
4. Section 3 shall not apply to tests taken by minor children who are exempted from regular testing under the Education Act, 1981.
