Access to Healthcare Act
Long title An Act to criminalize the restriction of access to healthcare facilities
Date of Royal Assent 19 April 2006

WHEREAS significant harm to the health of a person can occur if they are not given prompt access to healthcare facilities

Now therefore, The QUEEN, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and Commons present in this present Parliament assembled, does enact the following:

1. Any person who blocks access to a healthcare facility after being ordered to vacate the premises by an officer of the Queen's peace is guilty of a felony.
