- Ibaglians are granted the right to travel to the European Union without acquiring a visa after Ibagli is placed in Annex II of the European Union visa regulations. Reciprocity is granted, allowing all EU citizens to travel to Ibagli without acquiring a visa beforehand. Until now, the only EU nations open for visa-free travel were the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, neither of which are signatories to the Schengen treaty, which provides for harmonized border controls and open borders within the European Union.
