'''Cornwall''' is a [[local government in Ibagli|district]] in Southwestern [[Ibagli]], located approximately Southwest of a line from [[Fleuve Orange]] to [[Bolton]] to [[Exeter]]. Historically, many of the administrative facilities of the district were located in the village of [[Scarborough]], which was a compromise location between [[Exeter]] and [[Fleuve Orange]], the cities where most of the residents of the district lived in proximity to. Most are now located in the town of [[Bolton]], and most of the populated areas near the two cities have been absorbed into their boundaries.
