The Right Honourable Sir Edward Hallihan, GCMG, GCRI (1897–1991) was the Premier of Ibagli from 1936 to 1940. He was a senator from the independence of Ibagli in 1955 until his retirement on 12 October 1988. He was the Leader of the Government in the Senate during the government of Edward Brixton from 1955 to 1959.
