The Honourable Harold Stuart, CMG (1910 – 1981) was the Minister of Defence in Ibagli from 1963 to 1972 and from 1976 to 1977.

Stuart commenting on what he considered a worst-case scenario for Ibagli. His prophecy would later come true.
