The Honourable Harold Stuart, CMG (1910 – 1978) was the Minister of Defence in Ibagli from 1963 to 1972 and from 1976 to 1977.

'God forbid we see the day where Speaker Spell goes to the bar of the Senate and asks Governor-General LeVeque to maintain the rights of the House of Commons.'

Stuart commenting on what he considered a worst-case scenario for Ibagli. His prophecy would later come true.
