Loygre (pronounced LOY-gerr) is the third-largest city in Ibagli, and the principal industrial area in Ibagli. In 2001, it had a population of 46,211. The metropolitan area of Loygre had a population of 67,212. The name is derived from *Lloegyr*, a medieval Welsh name for southeastern England.
