The Right Honourable Sir Brian Rodney, GCRI (born 19 August 1951) was the Speaker of the House of Commons of Ibagli from 2006 to 2017. He was the first Minister of Culture and Heritage and Minister of Press and Media in Ibagli. He served as Minister of Culture and Heritage from 1994 to 2004, and Minister of Press and Media from 1998 to 2004.

Born in 1951 to Richard and Gwendolen Rodney, in Saint George, he was educated at Exeter and Thistledowne. He ran for election to the House of Commons in 1985 as a member of the Conservative Party in the district of Exeter South. Since 2006 he been a party list MP.

He served in the cabinet of John Goodwin as Minister of Culture and Heritage and Minister of Press and Media. He was the first holder of both positions. At the beginning of the 15th Parliament in December 2006, he was elected Speaker of the House of Commons. Upon his election he was made a member of the Privy Council. In 2017, he announced that he would not stand for re-election in that year's general election.
