WHEREAS Her Majesty the Queen, throughout her many decades on the throne, has provided the greatest level of service, dignity, and caring towards Ibagli and the Commonwealth of Nations

Be it therefore resolved by the Senate and Commons in this present Parliament assembled.

The following address shall be presented to Her Majesty the Queen:

"May it please Your Majesty:

"We, the Senate and Commons of Ibagli, do wish to thank Your Majesty for your many years of service to the people of Ibagli, the Commonwealth, and the world. Since Ibaglian independence over five decades ago, and even before, you have been a rallying point for all Ibaglians, whatever their age, religion, or ethnic background. Without your nurturing, guidance, and wisdom, the Commonwealth could not possible have grown to its current state. As the nations of the Commonwealth have grown apart constitutionally, they have grown together in one sense of universal admiration, love, and respect towards you, our point of unity in good times and in bad. The visits of you and your family to our shores have provided Ibaglians with a great sense of hope, confidence, and pride. Hope for the future, knowing that the sense of continuity the monarchy brings will always be with us; confidence in ourselves, knowing that no matter what happens, there will always be someone who cares about Ibagli and Ibaglians; and pride in ourselves, for we have been blessed with you as our monarch and head of state. We wish to congratulate you on this, the occasion of your eightieth birthday, and we also wish that you may be blessed with many more years.

"We have the honour to remain Madam, Your Majesty's most humble and obedient servants."
