HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR, ON THE ADVICE OF THE MINISTER OF DEFENCE RECCOMENDS THE FOLLOWING BILL TO THE HOUSE:
The QUEEN, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and the Commons in this present Parliament assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Minister of Finance shall not refuse to make any payments authorized by the House of Commons.
