The QUEEN, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and Commons present in this present Parliament assembled, does enact the following:
1. No person shall be extradited to any foreign nation that allows the use of torture.
2. Torture shall be defined as any interrogation or punishment method with the purpose of causing pain to the victim.
3. The Governor-General in Council shall be authorized to implement this act in regards to any nation by instrument under the Great Seal.
