1. Any person who commits or conspires to commit an act of desecration against the flag of Ibagli, the Blue Ensign, the Red Ensign, the White Ensign, the Governor-General's Standard, the Royal Union Flag or the Queen's Personal Ibaglian Flag is guilty of a felony.
2. No person or place receiving public funds in Ibagli shall be authorized to fly any flag, banner, guidon, or standard in a position of greater prominence than the Flag of Ibagli, except for the Governor-General's Standard or the Queen's Personal Ibaglian Flag, when situations warrant the flying thereof.
3. "Flag of Ibagli" shall be construed to mean the Flag of Ibagli as set forth by the Flag Act, 2000
