The Military Parenting Act

Long title	An Act to Provide for the Guardianship of Children of Ibaglian Forces Personnel; and for Connected Purposes
Date of Royal Assent	10 November 2005

WHEREAS it has been deemed expedient that certain clauses related to parenting and the armed forces be enacted.

NOW THEREFORE, the QUEEN, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and Commons present in this present Parliament assembled, does enact the following:

1. If every legal parent or guardian of a child has been ordered to report to active duty in

a. The Royal Ibaglian Navy

b. The Royal Ibaglian Marines

c. The Royal Ibaglian Air Force

d. The Ibaglian Army

e. or any other armed service as constituted by act of parliament,

one parent is authorized to an exemption from the service ordered.
