The QUEEN, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and Commons present in this present Parliament assembled, does enact the following:
1. Every one who, with intent to procure the miscarriage of a female person, uses any means or permits any means to be used for the purpose of carrying out his or her intention:
- (a) is guilty of murder and is liable to imprisonment for life or to be lawfully deprived of his or her life should such punishment be lawful at any time in future;
2. Section 1 applies to any person who does aid the transport of a female person outside of Ibagli to procure a miscarriage of the said female person.
3. For greater clarity, "miscarriage" means the death of a child before it has completely proceeded from the body of its mother.
