The QUEEN, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and the Commons in this present Parliament assembled, enacts as follows:
1. If any public bill shall be passed by the Commons and the Senate does not pass the bill without amendments within one calendar year, the said bill shall be presented to the Governor-General for the signification of the Royal Assent.
2. Section 1 shall not apply to bills that extend the Parliament of Ibagli beyond the length of five years.
