Haphonia (pronounced Huh-FONE-yuh) is the capital of Ibagli. In 2001, the capital of the city proper was 73,354. The population of the metropolitan area was 101,231. In 2009, Haphonia was merged with several surrounding villages. These included:
- St. Edward's
- Grimsby
- Needham
- Selby
- Linlithgow
- Kettering
- Royal Arbour
- Kensington
- New Windsor
- Bayview
The estimated population of the new city is 95,000.
