The Postmaster General is the official head of the Royal Ibaglian Post, the postal service of Ibagli. The office, which came into existence in 1910, has become a sinecure office since its creation. The Postmaster General typically does not attend meetings of the Board of Governors of the Royal Ibaglian Post. The Postmaster General is appointed by the Governor-General on the advice of the Prime Minister.
