His Highness Tupua Tamasese Tupuola Tufuga Efi, the Head of State of Samoa, departed Ibagli today. After laying a wreath at the Cenotaph in Queen's Square in Haphonia, an event made more poignant by the news of the death of an Ibaglian soldier in Afghanistan early this morning, His Highness boarded an Attack Class patrol boat of the Royal Ibaglian Navy. As the band of the Royal Ibaglian Navy played Auld Lang Syne, the boat departed for RIAF Haphonia, where His Highness left for Samoa.
