The Right Honourable Albert Cunard, 1st Viscount Feldon, GCMG, KCVO, MC, PC (21 June 1892–24 December 1960) was the Governor of Ibagli from 1951 to 1955, and Governor-General of Ibagli from 1955 to 1958.
Born on 21 June 1892 in Edinburgh, he attended George Heriot's School and the University of St Andrews.
Cunard married Marjory Wilkins in 1924. They had two children: James Francis (1925-1944), who was killed in action during the invasion of Normandy, and Patricia Margaret (born 1927).
In 1925, he became a civil servant in the Colonial Office. He was appointed Governor of Ibagli in 1951. He was elevated to the peerage later that year, as Viscount Feldon. In 1952, he married Patricia Oldcastle. He had one child by her, Olivia Audrey (born 1954). Upon Ibagli's independence in 1955, he became Governor-General. He left office in 1958, and he retired to Scotland. He died in 1960 and was buried in Edinburgh.
