GREETING:

WE do, by this Our present Commission under Our Great Seal of Ibagli, appoint you, Steven Spell, to be, during Our Pleasure, Our Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over Ibagli, with all the powers, rights, privileges and advantages belonging or appertaining to the office.

AND We do hereby authorize, empower and command you, as Our representative, to exercise and perform all and singular the powers and directions contained in certain Letters Patent under Our Great Seal of Ibagli, bearing date the eighteenth day of March, in the year two thousand and six, constituting the Office of Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over Ibagli, or in any other Letters Patent adding to, amending or substituted for the same.

AND further We do hereby appoint that, so soon as you shall have taken the prescribed Oaths and have entered upon the duties of your Office, this Our present Commission shall come into effect.

AND We do hereby command all and singular Our Officers, Ministers and loving subjects in Ibagli, and all others whom these Presents may concern, to take due notice hereof and to give their ready obedience accordingly.

GIVEN under Our Royal Hand and under Our Great Seal of Ibagli, this thirteenth day of September in the year two thousand and six and in the fifty-fifth year of Our Reign.
