The Honourable Sir James Borman, KCRI (1927–2013) was an Ibaglian senator. He was appointed to the Senate in 1976 and served there until his retirement in 2000. From 1985 to 1989, he was Leader of the Government in the Senate in the governments of Charles Forrester and Thomas Harlington.
