The Right Honourable Sir Thomas Harlington, GCRI (born 8 December 1938) was the Prime Minister of Ibagli from 8 May to 2 November 1989. He was appointed after the death of Charles Forrester. He resigned as Prime Minister and as leader of the Conservative Party after the party's loss in the 1989 General Election. He launched an unsuccessful bid to retake the leadership in 2011.
