The Right Honourable Charles Forrester, QC (1928 – 1989) was the Prime Minister of Ibagli from 30 June 1981 until his sudden death on 8 May 1989.
His administration was marked by the general strike of 1986, which halted many Ibaglian industries for nearly two months. The strike was initiated by the fishermen's union in response to a cut of government subsidies. The strike spread after Forrester ordered Royal Ibaglian Navy personnel to man fishing vessels.
