The Supreme Court of Ibagli is the highest court and court of final appeal of Ibagli. Its decisions are binding on all lower courts in Ibagli.
The court was established in October 2005 by an amendment to the Constitution Act. It is consisted of six Puisne Justices and one Chief Justice.
History
The court was established by a constitutional amendment passed by Parliament in winter 2005. The amendment came into force on 1 October 2005. The amendment also removed the right of appeal to the Privy Council.
