The Supreme Court of Ibagli is the highest court and court of final appeal of Ibagli. Its decisions are binding on all lower courts in Ibagli.
The court was established in October 2005 by an Act of Parliament It is composed of six Puisne Justices and one Chief Justice.
History
The Supreme Court Act was passed by Parliament in winter 2005. The date for the opening of the court was set by proclamation to be 1 October 2005. The Act also removed the right of appeal the Privy Council.
