Joshua Arnham
The Right Honourable Sir Joshua Arnham, OIM, GCVO, GCRI, GBE, ID (21 July 1923–1 May 2009) was the Governor-General of Ibagli from 1980 to 1987. From 1970 to 1973, he was the Ibaglian High Commissioner to Fiji. From 1973 to 1974, he was the High Commissioner to Western Samoa (now Samoa). From 1975 to 1977, he was the High Commissioner to New Zealand. From 1977 to 1980, he was High Commissioner to Australia.
In 1946 he married Sylvia Denham.
